Step into a vital role in procurement as a Buyer focused on electrical commodities ve purchasing strategies that bolster profitability while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

In this position, you will support the Purchasing Supervisor in enhancing corporate purchasing strategies. Key responsibilities include negotiating supplier contracts, analyzing cost implications, and managing supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms and quality service. You will contribute to maintaining departmental lean initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and recommend supplier contracts and terms

• Analyze costs and monitor changes to material prices

• Track supplier service quality and manage procurement performance

• Maintain essential reporting for commodity tracking

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing

Requirements:

• Educational background in Business, Materials Management, or equivalent

• At least two years of related purchasing experience advantageous

• Expertise in electrical commodities and supply chain principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
