Operations Coordinator in Agriculture

In this dynamic position, you'll support the daily operations of sourcing and milling organic grains. With 1-3 years of experience in agriculture or supply chain, you will coordinate orders, track inventory, and onboard new suppliers with direct interaction with customers and farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage retail and wholesale orders, handling customer inquiries
• Track inventory levels and support demand planning
• Coordinate with farmers on harvests and deliveries
• Oversee grain testing and organize lab results
• Monitor supply reliability and assist with organic certification
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations or agricultural supply chain
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Comfortable communicating with both customers and farmers
• Practical, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with agriculture is beneficial
