Become part of Empire Life's team as a Distribution Services Coordinator in a remote setting. This role is a 6-month contract focused on supporting our distribution partners.
In this position, you'll act as the main liaison with distribution partners, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with contractual standards. You will engage collaboratively with various teams while analyzing data and resolving inquiries efficiently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for distribution partners
• Provide timely resolutions for partner inquiries
• Verify contracts for compliance and quality standards
• Enter and maintain data across multiple systems
• Liaise with teams for project requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or work experience
• Experience with in the financial services sector
• Familiarity with office and database applications
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Bilingual communication abilities preferred
