Coordinator of Sales Administration Services

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you’ll manage customer requests, order processing, and shipping coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales support and excellent communication skills. By collaborating closely with various departments, you ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while also maintaining effective reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and manage order processes
• Co-ordinate pre-buy orders and production slots
• Prepare shipping schedules for plant operations
• Liaison with AR for invoicing accuracy
• Monitor monthly shipping targets for efficiency
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of sales support or order management experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingualism in French or Spanish is advantageous
