Elevate retail sales at Co-operators as a Senior Compensation Analyst, utilizing advanced analytics and compensation expertise to drive advisor performance and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize incentive programs and operational strategies.

This critical role requires a candidate with five years of relevant experience who will design, evaluate, and improve compensation models that impact financial performance. You will partner across teams to support strategic objectives, delivering insight-driven recommendations through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate requirements for compensation plans

• Build and analyze compensation models for impacts

• Provide analytics for data-driven leadership decisions

• Participate in annual reviews of compensation designs

• Propose process improvements for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in a related role

• Proficient with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau

• Post-secondary degree is an asset

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred
