In this critical role, you will ensure that distributor processes align with provincial regulations and industry standards. Leading audits and addressing conduct issues are central to your responsibilities, along with managing licensing and compliance efforts. You will contribute significantly to distributor oversight and customer treatment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Creditor Group Insurance Monitoring Framework
• Conduct and document findings from distributor audits
• Direct investigations into market conduct violations
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations
• Track and report key risk indicators quarterly
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in life insurance
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of market conduct laws
• Experience in compliance and audit processes
• Effective communication for regulator interactions
