Advance your career as a Calgary-based Land Representative, focused on energy projects and land acquisition strategies. Engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations for energy infrastructure operations.
This Intermediate position calls for a seasoned land professional to coordinate landowner interactions and manage access activities for critical pipeline projects. Reporting directly to the Manager of Land Operations Projects, you will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to address complex land issues and develop strategies for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead landowner engagement initiatives
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Serve as the main contact for land-related project activities
• Manage vendor performance and land cost accountability
• Facilitate the resolution of land issues and negotiations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years experience in land management
• Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian land practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• University degree or equivalent experience required
