As a key player on the Program Change and Readiness team, you'll partner with senior leadership to evaluate technology initiatives and support decision-making. This role requires exceptional skills in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation while engaging with stakeholders. Your contribution will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions for efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Develop decision requests and information notes
• Lead comprehensive requirements planning and validation
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops
• Guide junior analysts and monitor project progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Business Analysis
• Experience with Guidewire an asset
• Knowledge of scaled agile delivery (SAFe)
• CCBA or CBAP certifications preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
