Analyst for Business Process Improvement

Agricorp is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Guelph to enhance operational efficiencies through strategic process improvement initiatives. Utilize your process redesign expertise in a supportive environment.

As a key member of the Program Delivery division, you will support the implementation of business process enhancements by defining stakeholder requirements and assessing existing procedures. Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners like OMAFA will be crucial for the success of new implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define stakeholder needs for process improvements

• Assess current processes and create detailed documentation

• Collaborate with various stakeholders for integration

• Obtain management approvals for initiatives

• Develop and conduct business process testing strategies

Requirements:

• Related university degree or equivalent experience

• 3 to 5 years in process mapping and redesign

• Strong documentation skills

• Proficiency in relevant software applications

• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred
