Data Analyst for Housing Services

Join the County of Wellington as a Housing Services Data Analyst, focusing on data analysis and program evaluation in Guelph, Ontario. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance housing and homelessness data initiatives.

The role reports to the Director of Housing Services and requires a strong foundation in data collection and analysis. You will contribute to program evaluation and assist in the development of housing resources by performing local analysis. Your insights will facilitate informed decision-making within the Housing Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data collection and analysis for housing programs

• Collaborate with community and provincial stakeholders

• Facilitate local training and workshops on housing data

• Prepare reports on housing and homelessness trends

• Enable knowledge mobilization and data-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in human services or similar

• At least one year of relevant data experience

• Familiarity with research methods and statistical tools

• Working knowledge of ArcGIS and SPSS preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
