The City of Guelph seeks an experienced Change Management Lead in the Information Technology Department. This temporary, full-time position will direct significant software deployment projects, such as an Enterprise Asset Management system. You will develop change management frameworks, leveraging your expertise to foster innovation and achieve strategic goals while minimizing resistance from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop change management strategies for software implementation

• Design comprehensive communication and engagement plans

• Provide coaching and training to staff on new systems

• Facilitate consultations and workshops for project adoption

• Track metrics and manage feedback to enhance strategies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Proven experience in change management processes

• Prosci certification or similar required

• Familiarity with EAM and ERP solutions preferred

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
