Your responsibilities will include managing AI Technician schedules, overseeing semen and embryo inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Build monthly AI Technician work schedules and manage records

• Coordinate semen and embryo inventory, including purchases and transfers

• Address customer inquiries and support sales opportunities

• Handle embryo transactions and prepare invoices for deliveries

• Reconcile orders and apply discounts for customer invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant office experience

• Strong skills in scheduling, inventory, and invoicing

• Knowledge of dairy or beef agriculture is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems learning

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented
