As we welcome more clients and expand our capacity to deliver industry-leading results, we’re growing our Content team. We’re looking for a Content Editor who specializes in photo editing, video editing, and creative storytelling.
In this role, you’ll work closely alongside our Content Manager and follow a defined content workflow to transform raw client photo and video assets into polished, optimized content. This includes using AI-powered tools and editing software to enhance visuals, repurpose photo content into short-form video, and prepare high-performing assets for social media, email, and landing pages.
Who You Are
- You’re experienced in editing raw photos and videos for content marketing
- You have a strong eye for visual quality and are skilled in color grading
- You’re confident using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, After Effects, or similar platforms
- You enjoy optimizing content using workflows, systems, and emerging tools
- You’re adaptable and quick to learn new editing, enhancement, and AI-assisted tools
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- You’re energized by a fast-paced, creative team environment and open to feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities
Content Curation & Asset Management:
- Organize and structure incoming client video and photo content on Google Drive
- Maintain an efficient tagging and naming system to streamline asset access
- Identify and curate footage that aligns with brand tone and has viral potential
- Support the development and execution of content strategies aligned with client goals
- Stay up to date on trends, platform updates, and best practices in short-form and social-first content
- Conduct research to inform creative direction and content opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with creative and client teams to bring content to life
- Partner closely with the Content Manager to execute and refine content workflows
- Contribute to internal creative sessions and team planning meetings
- Ensure alignment and clarity from concept through to delivery
- Support the evaluation and implementation of AI tools that enhance storytelling, streamline workflows, and scale content production
Workflow & Project Management:
- Manage multiple content streams while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Use project management tools to track progress and maintain visibility
- Proactively suggest process improvements and workflow optimizations
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in photo and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating your work
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of color grading and how to visually elevate raw footage
- Experience working with social media content, especially short form content
