AdFarm is on the lookout for a Production Manager to bridge the gap between creative concepts and high-quality output. This role requires a combination of operational discipline and creative insight, as you will manage in-house studio activities and production processes. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors is essential for creating impactful marketing assets in the agriculture and food sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and hold the Production team accountable
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize production flow
• Direct all creative asset production, including multimedia
• Develop production timelines and budget plans
• Ensure compliance with brand quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of production management experience
• Strong expertise in photography and digital content creation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and editing software
• Excellent time management and communication skills
