Emotion Dance Company invites experienced Dance Instructors to apply for the 2026/2027 season. Join our positive studio environment and foster growth in aspiring dancers.

We are looking for upbeat instructors with skills in competitive jazz, lyrical, ballet, and acro/tumbling. A supportive, structured, and fun approach to teaching is essential, as is experience working with children of all ages. Our instructors are key to creating an encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive while pushing their technical and creative limits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead competitive classes in jazz, lyrical, ballet, and acro

• Cultivate a warm and engaging classroom environment

• Develop innovative lesson plans that keep students energized

• Communicate clearly to inspire and educate students

• Support student confidence and technical proficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in dance instruction across multiple styles

• Background in teaching diverse age groups

• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively

• Positive demeanor and a commitment to student success

• Provide resume and class video for review
