Financial Planning & Analysis -MBA Intern

We currently have an opening for a Financial Planning & Analysis – MBA Intern
. This is a 4 to 8 month position starting September 2026.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role supports the Director of FP&A with multiple projects, models and spreadsheet development, with a large focus around automation where possible. The role will support key projects including the 2027 budget and KPI reporting, while also having the chance to present and work with senior leadership.

• Budget Support
  • Data entry
  • Participate in and have the chance to lead some meetings
  • Model and spreadsheet development
• KPI Reporting / Automation (support on backlog, inventory turns, etc.)
• Monthly Reporting Support

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program or Master of Business Economics and have completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, D365, Co-pilot and Power BI
• Familiar with building and automating complex financial models
  
  Proficiency with Prophix or a similar system would be an asset
• Highly organized, detail oriented and an individual who has good time management skills
• Curious mindset, interested in learning
