Position: Finance Manager Role in Not-for-Profit
Stepping Stone is seeking a Finance Manager to enhance financial operations and support quality reporting in a community-focused agency. This strategic role emphasizes accountability and support for vulnerable populations.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager will lead financial systems and ensure compliance with all accounting standards. With at least five years in finance management, your insights will guide effective budgeting, reporting, and operational decisions. Prior experience in not-for-profit finance will be advantageous in fulfilling this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management for accuracy and compliance

• Manage internal and external financial reporting tasks

• Ensure all audits and documentation are completed

• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for the board

• Guide team financial operations and transaction processes

Requirements:

• CPA or in pursuit of an accounting designation

• Minimum of 5 years in financial management

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payworks preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
