Financial Services Manager

Position: Financial Services Manager at AutoCanada
Drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction as a Financial Services Manager used on automotive financing, this role requires deep knowledge of F&I products and compliance regulations.

As Financial Services Manager, you will oversee the finance and insurance department, aiding customers in their financing decisions and selling various automotive products. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and preparing loan documentation. You will train the sales team on finance options and work to establish strong ties with banks and credit unions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in choosing financing options available

• Sell F&I products including warranties and protection plans

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of loan documentation

• Build relationships with financial institutions for better service

• Comply with dealership policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive finance management roles
