They are seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a key connection point between Finance and core business operations, including sales, purchasing, logistics, and technology.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on driving business value through financial analysis, operational insights, KPI development, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic environment.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision‑making
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organizational goals
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams to improve financial performance
• Support risk management initiatives and internal controls
• Assist with business growth initiatives through financial analysis and reporting
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance functions
• Help implement and maintain financial policies and procedures

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance/accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with risk management concepts and internal controls
• Experience with financial software systems preferred
