As a key player within CGL’s finance team, you will guide the organization’s capital strategy and treasury operations. With a minimum of ten years in corporate treasury, you will build and implement funding strategies and oversee pension governance to drive stakeholder value. This role is pivotal for innovating solutions in a cooperative financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and enhance the debt-to-equity mix for growth
• Assist in formulating the organization's Capital Plan
• Create funding strategies for mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct liquidity risk assessments and forecasting
• Serve as fiduciary lead for the Defined Contribution plan
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 10+ years in liquidity risk management
• Experienced in capital management in financial services
• Proven change management abilities
• Strong English communication skills for complex documents
