Join Semex's Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator based in Guelph. This role combines remote and on-site responsibilities to manage customer accounts successfully.
This 14-month contract position involves maintaining customer accounts for The Semex Alliance, working alongside the Accounting Supervisor. You will collect payments, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely invoicing and reconciliations. Your focus on efficiency and customer service will significantly contribute to our mission of supporting farmers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily inputs for cash receipts
• Interact with customers via multiple communication channels
• Perform account reconciliations accurately
• Collaborate on intercompany bill backs and audits
• Facilitate payment term arrangements for clients
Requirements:
• Education in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (1-2 years)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proven analytical capabilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
