CGIC is on the lookout for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to lead initiatives in enhancing rate projects and advanced models. A degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Property and Casualty is required. You will play a key role in communicating critical actuarial concepts and improving industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enhancements in rate change projects

• Utilize modeling software and various data sources

• Convey actuarial concepts to stakeholders effectively

• Improve actuarial practices in line with trends

• Manage small to medium-sized projects and timelines

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science

• Proven experience (2 years) in Property and Casualty

• Familiar with modeling software and programming

• Background in supporting actuarial projects

• ACAS or FCAS designations are beneficial
