As Financial Services AssociateAs a senior member of the branch sales/leadership team, the primary responsibilities for this role are to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide the appropriate advice and recommendations. This includes offering large or complex credit and investment advice as well as proactively identifying and promoting opportunities for Meridian products and services.
The Financial Services Advisor will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific individual and team-based business goals. While providing the right financial solutions, the incumbent will manage Member portfolios to genuinely build and develop relationships with Members and position Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members’ financial well‑being.

- Participates and leads branch activities to expand the Member relationship and grow share of wallet, including growth of the Digital Ambassador Program
- Delivers an exceptional Member experience and offers insights to continually grow our Member Experience.
