Reporting directly to the Vice President/Treasurer, your role encompasses managing financial transactions, preparing statistical reports, and maintaining organized documentation. Your professional communication skills are essential when liaising with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial operations and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete transactions for Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and stock counts
• Generate and approve invoices for various services
• Prepare financial reports comparing revenues and expectations
• Support external audits and financial reporting processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in finance or business
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with utility finance software programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
