Position: Personal Banking Associate at BMO

In this role, you will work collaboratively in the branch to fulfill customer needs, ranging from basic transactions to complex investment advice. Your proactive approach seeks to refine customer interactions and support branch objectives while identifying additional ways to engage clients in meaningful banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with discussions on banking services

• Guide customers through digital and self-serve banking

• Assess customer needs through engagement conversations

• Support operations including inventory management

• Identify and report suspicious money laundering activity

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Complete investment product registration within 12 months

• Experience in consultative roles is preferred

• Ability to adjust to team dynamics

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
