In this role, you will work collaboratively within the branch to meet customer needs, from straightforward transactions to investment advice. Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting client conversations regarding banking services
- Guide customers on digital and self-serve banking options
- Engage clients to assess their banking needs
- Support branch operations, including inventory management
- Identify suspicious activity related to money laundering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Must complete investment product registration within 12 months
- Experience in consultative roles desired
- Ability to adapt to team dynamics
- Verbal and written communication skills
