As a Financial Accounting & Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to mentor a team while managing diverse financial responsibilities across domestic and overseas branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for various segments
• Ensure month-end and year-end accounting closings
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting clerks
• Maintain full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
• Conduct GL reconciliations and oversee AR/AP management
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing
• Proficient in Quick Books and extensive Excel skills
