Position: Ren's Pets FP&A Financial Analyst
Join Ren's Pets as an FP&A Financial Analyst and take charge of financial performance and strategic insights. This hybrid role involves comprehensive analysis and collaborative budgeting efforts.

As the FP&A Analyst, report directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. You will be integral in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, maintaining quality in strategic decision-making across departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive financial reports with analysis

• Collaborate to streamline budgeting and forecasting

• Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis

• Optimize promotional strategies based on data

• Develop KPI dashboards for better insight

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of FP&A experience

• Expertise in Excel and ERP systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
