Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on strategic financial planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and auditing
• Manage cash flow and optimize financial risks
• Lead finance team culture and communication initiatives
• Supervise the accounts receivable cycle and improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership
• Business, finance, or accounting degree required
• CPA certification is a plus
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with startup or growth environments
