Senior Financial Analyst

Position: Contract Senior Financial Analyst Role
Join CMHA Waterloo Wellington as a Senior Financial Analyst on a one-year contract in Guelph. Utilize your analytical skills to enhance financial management in a supportive environment.

This contract role encompasses critical functions including general accounting, budget coordination, and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial systems and oversight for funders. Your contributions will directly impact the financial stewardship of CMHA WW, enhancing service delivery and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as system administrator for Great Plains GL

• Prepare and submit accurate funder reports on time

• Lead budgeting process in collaboration with service managers

• Reconcile funder cash flows and manage receivables

• Support team members with financial expertise and guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum of five years in financial analysis and accounting

• Healthcare experience preferred for relevant insights

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Dynamics GP
