What you'll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work full‑time at a Banking Centre, fostering key relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal goals, and recommending tailored products and solutions. Your day will include the following responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward‑looking financial plans.
  • Use your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
  • Be flexible to work Banking Centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be willing to work at multiple Banking Centres within a reasonable travel distance.
How you'll succeed

Client engagement

  • Meet with clients to understand their priorities and advise them on solutions.
  • Provide personalized, forward‑looking financial plans.

Relationship building

  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate value to clients and their communities.
  • Grow and deepen your network, working as a single team to connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.

Leveraging technology

  • Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications, helping them manage banking needs more effectively.

  • Experience:

    you have at least one year of client‑facing sales experience. Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
  • Legal eligibility: you are legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and have a valid work or study permit if required.
