Position: KYC Analyst at BDC - Hybrid Model
Join BDC as a Know Your Client Analyst and empower Canadian entrepreneurs through detailed financial analysis. This hybrid role aims to enhance client relationships while ensuring comprehensive KYC documentation.

As a KYC Analyst, you'll provide essential support to the BDC Financing team, reviewing customer files and gathering necessary KYC documents. Your ability to analyze information and identify potential issues will directly impact the loan application process. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Lead and Underwriter is essential for achieving seamless KYC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end KYC process efficiently

• Analyze documentation for compliance and accuracy

• Manage multiple loan application files simultaneously

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC policies and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Client service skills with proactive problem-solving

• Proficiency in MS Office and organizational skills

• Bilingualism in English and French mandatory for Québec
