As part of Sodexo's Service Operations division, you will lead efforts to drive financial performance and analytics related to Supply Chain and Procurement functions. Focus areas will include improving spend compliance, vendor performance, and delivering transformational insights.
Your role also extends to collaboration with Procurement, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Business Planning for optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish processes for supply accruals and vendor funding
• Oversee financial planning and forecasting activities
• Analyze supply-related financial performance against targets
• Manage Supply Finance reporting and dashboard capabilities
• Lead annual operating plan and forecasting cycles
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 8-10 years of relevant finance experience
• Proven vendor funding program management skills
• Experience with financial transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
