Position: Trade Spend and Deduction Specialist
Become a key player at Vaco by Highspring as a Trade Spend and Deduction Specialist, where you'll optimize trade spending and enhance financial accuracy across promotions. Your insights will be crucial for maintaining vendor agreements.

This specialist position focuses on reviewing trade promotions and managing deductions with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance. You will actively partner with Sales and Accounts Receivable to resolve outstanding claims while tracking $8M in annual deductions. Process improvement and system optimization within D365 will also be part of your key responsibilities in supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze trade promotions for compliance and accuracy

• Investigate and resolve deduction disputes

• Prepare reports on trade spend trends and performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes

• Maintain documentation for audit compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in trade spend analysis

• Skilled in D365 and deduction management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Background in finance or accounting preferred
