Hybrid Risk Reporting Consultant at CGL

As part of CGL's Enterprise Risk Management department, you'll report to the Senior Manager, focusing on accurate and meaningful risk reporting for various stakeholders. Your expertise will enable you to develop dashboards, manage reporting processes, and maintain risk registers. Building strong partnerships across the organization to promote a risk-aware culture will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and distribute accurate risk reports for stakeholders

• Design dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights

• Manage and streamline risk reporting processes and workflows

• Maintain enterprise risk documentation aligned with regulations

• Coordinate governance activities and committee administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce/Business preferred

• 5 to 7 years in financial services or insurance

• Experience with executive reporting and presentations

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data visualization

• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
