As the Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting, you will handle design and delivery of financial plans critical to the Life Operations function. Your leadership will guide a team of finance professionals and ensure effective collaboration with management. This role involves preparing detailed forecasts, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and supporting business initiatives through financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual financial planning cycles and maintain models

• Develop financial templates for strategic decision-making

• Execute ad-hoc analyses to support management queries

• Collaborate with business partners across leadership levels

• Oversee staff development to meet departmental goals

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields

• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is an asset

• 5 years’ experience in Finance or analytical roles

• Experience with Oracle and Power BI is beneficial

• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
