Associate Finance Analyst

Position: Associate Finance Analyst Role
Join Agricorp as an Associate Financial Analyst on a contract basis in Guelph, Ontario. This full-time in-office role provides rich exposure to financial operations and reporting duties.

In this position within Agricorp's Corporate Services division, you will be involved in transaction processing, variance analyses, and the preparation of financial statements. Your contributions will be essential in supporting the organization’s strategic financial goals and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outputs including reconciliations and analyses

• Develop management reports and analytical insights

• Conduct research on accounting and operational issues

• Assist with audit preparations and related working papers

• Promote financial understanding across various teams

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, or accounting required

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset

• Public sector experience is preferred
