In this critical finance leadership role, you will serve as the Finance Business Partner for the North America Supply Chain organization. Collaborate with logistics teams to develop strategic financial plans and manage forecasting, driving productivity and cost savings. You will also perform in-depth analyses to support key business decisions and ensure adherence to financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and monitor financial targets with regional leaders

• Lead financial forecast and strategic planning processes

• Analyze logistics cost drivers for enhanced performance

• Facilitate productivity and savings initiatives through IVCP

• Drive accountability and governance across finance teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years Finance experience in logistics

• Strong business partnering capabilities

• Proficiency in forecasting and SAP

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Understanding of supply chain finance functions
