Position: Guelph Senior Financial Planner Role
Become a Senior Financial Planner at Meridian in Guelph, Ontario and contribute to meaningful financial planning that empowers our Members. Utilize your skills in investment and estate planning to tailor impactful strategies.

In this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Member accounts, ensuring financial peace of mind through proactive advice. You will collaborate with a range of internal partners, fostering relationships that enhance services provided to Member communities, ultimately striving for the growth of Meridian’s Wealth brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective financial planning meetings with Members

• Collaborate with a team of financial experts for best outcomes

• Drive business development and wealth penetration initiatives

• Regularly revisit and refine financial plans based on Member needs

• Educate Members on risks and investment opportunities

Requirements:

• 7+ years in financial planning/advisory roles

• IIROC licensing with PFP or CFP designation

• In-depth knowledge of financial strategies and regulations

• Strong ability to build Member relationships

• Proficient in using financial management software
