• Help clients achieve home ownership goals through mortgage advice and product solutions
• Meet clients where and when convenient for them
• Build lasting client connections and deliver expert mortgage advice
• Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
• Work with Banking Centre teams to build client relationships
• Understand the local market and potential client base
• Create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience
• Experience providing mortgage advice and product solutions
• Ability to support clients on their schedule and meet them where convenient
• Ability to work with Banking Centre teams
• Knowledge of local market and potential client base
• Business development and sales planning skills
• Relationship building and networking skills
• Community involvement and ability to build referral networks
• Ability to be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
• Valid work or study permit where applicable
• Ability to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests where requested
• French proficiency may be assessed where applicable
