As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Decision Support department, you will collaborate with business unit management to analyze performance and support initiatives.
Your role includes financial forecasting and variance analysis within the insurance industry. Develop comprehensive business cases and lead impactful projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to analyze business unit performance
• Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis
• Prepare comprehensive reviews and communication of insights
• Identify gaps in reports and implement data solutions
• Coach team members on problem-solving techniques
Requirements:
• University degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and reporting tools
• Understanding of insurance industry and accounting principles
• Professional qualifications (CFA, CPA) are an asset
