Become a valuable part of the Delta Guelph Conference Centre team as a Front Desk Associate. Deliver friendly and efficient service that leaves guests feeling valued and happy.
In your role at Hotel Equities, you will assist with guest check-in, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate check-in and check-out procedures for guests
• Address guest requests and concerns in real-time
• Process payments and maintain transaction records accurately
• Offer information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with hotel standards (Marriott, Hyatt, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 20 lbs occasionally
• Competent in basic math and computer skills
