This year-round role focuses on managing all clubhouse operations, ensuring efficient service across Food and Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, and Housekeeping. As a leader, you will oversee direct reports, implement operating standards, and address Member needs, enhancing satisfaction while achieving budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of all clubhouse outlets

• Hire, train, and support Service Team Members

• Establish food and beverage service standards

• Maintain cleanliness across all Club facilities

• Manage operating hours and schedules for outlets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a private club setting

• Graduation from a recognized food and beverage program

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control

• Commitment to regulatory compliance and safety standards
