Hospitality Shift Supervisor Gaming Entertainment

Coordinate hospitality shifts in a multi-venue gaming environment using team supervision, reporting, and front-line food and beverage expertise. Serve guests and teams responsibly.

This Hospitality Shift Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage activities under the Operations Manager’s direction. The work includes coverage planning, time verification, guest issue tracking, and operational communication. You will also complete front-line duties, assess alcohol consumption, and support a safe, welcoming workplace.

• Supervise team members and maintain appropriate shift coverage
• Assign shift duties while minimizing operating costs
• Report quality and guest issues to management
• Assess alcohol consumption and communicate restriction decisions
• Perform cashier, bartender, server, or expediter duties

• Food and beverage experience in hospitality operations
• Minimum one year in leadership or supervision
• Point of sale experience
• Customer-focused, timely, effective service communication
• Ability to obtain required gaming and Smart Serve credentials
