Job Purpose and Impact
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing human resources services including attendance management, position management, internal job postings, new hire administration, analyzing HR metrics ensuring compliance of temporary foreign worker program and other transactions to ensure the successful operations of the organization's human resources administrative services. Working under general supervision for routine administrative tasks, this job assists employees and managers by addressing questions and contributes to the completion of human resources services administration activities.
Key Accountabilities
Supports the administration of the temporary foreign worker program. Backup support to the local attendance management program by performing routine data entry into one or more systems and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Assists employees and managers, with guidance, by providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs and human resources policies.
Gathers data to assist in the preparation of reports measuring the effectiveness and quality of human resources services, including metrics related to attendance, job postings, employee inquiries, and identifies opportunities for enhancing delivery.
Assists with projects related to process optimization and standardization, including implementing accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance, and analyzing customer reported issues to determine root causes and propose solutions.
Assists with the implementation of new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle related processes, and reports on issues that may impact the implementation.
