In-Person Human Resources Generalist

We seek an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our HR function thoroughly. You will coordinate the performance management process, manage training logistics, and serve as a key contact for associate inquiries about benefits. Your ability to analyze data will drive continuous improvement initiatives across our functional units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee performance development discussions and activities

• Administer performance management communications annually

• Serve as a recruitment liaison for hourly positions

• Address questions regarding benefits and short-term disability

• Develop impactful internal communications for associates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or 3+ years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with associate relations in a manufacturing context

• Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and presentation skills
