As part of CGL's HR team, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming strategic priorities into operational successes. You'll lead efforts in developing requirements, conducting thorough analyses, and ensuring compliance with HR technology standards. This position calls for innovative thinking and effective communication to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business and system requirements
• Identify enhancements for HR processes and user experiences
• Manage testing and validation of HR solutions
• Provide insights during system implementation phases
• Mentor team members on HR systems best practices
Requirements:
• Five years experience as a business analyst in HR
• Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or a related field
• Proven track record with enterprise HR technology platforms
• Understanding of payroll and compliance requirements
• Experience managing evolving project priorities effectively
