As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our HR Department, providing crucial support in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. Your tasks will include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding coordination, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records. At Skyline, your efforts will enhance the exceptional experience we aim to create for our customers and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for residential operations

• Coordinate onboarding processes efficiently

• Process payroll updates for all employees

• Support employee relations and handle investigations

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

Requirements:

• Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

• One year of HR-related experience or education

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• CHRP Designation or in pursuit is an asset
