As a Senior Business Analyst with CGL's HR department, you will focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting core HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR and technology stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Analyze HR processes to recommend enhancements for employees
• Lead testing activities and develop test strategies for HR apps
• Ensure solutions align with business needs through collaboration
• Coach team members on HR systems best practices
Requirements:
• Five years as a business analyst for enterprise HR platforms
• Post-secondary degree in Business, HR, or related fields
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with platforms like UKG or Workday
• Strong analysis skills in HR systems integrations
