Wurth Canada Limited is searching for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to blend recruitment efforts with HR operations. Your responsibilities will include leading full-cycle recruitment, specifically for sales roles, fostering a strong relationship with hiring managers, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment processes for bilingual and non-bilingual roles
• Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Influence hiring decisions with key hiring managers
• Administer HRIS processes and support benefits administration
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English required
• At least 5 years in high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with HRIS and benefits systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Degree in Human Resources management is advantageous
